Percy Premium Cat (“we”) takes your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Order and delivery details: recipient name, phone, address, LINE ID (if given), products, quantities and amounts.
- Payment details: the transfer slip image you attach and the transaction reference read from its QR. We never collect card numbers or bank passwords.
- Account details: email and display name. If you sign in with Google or LINE, we receive the name, email and user ID that you allow that provider to share.
- Site usage: how you arrived (e.g. LINE or Facebook) and events such as viewing the product or starting checkout, used to improve the shop.
How we use it
- To process orders, verify payments and deliver products.
- To contact you about your order, a claim or a product issue.
- To let you sign in, see your order history and reuse saved addresses.
- To prevent slip reuse or fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
- We share your name, phone and address with the manufacturer and courier only as needed to deliver your order.
- Data is stored with Supabase (Singapore region), which processes it on our behalf.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Cookies and browser storage
- We use essential cookies for sign-in, your language, and guest access to your order, and browser storage to remember your cart and light/dark theme.
Retention
- Order records and payment evidence are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
- You may request access to, a copy of, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent as provided by the PDPA, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
